A landmark high-rise composition defined by a slender vertical profile and high-performance glazed façades — integrating residential living, a Juma’a mosque, retail, and medical facilities.
Wealth Residence
A slender mixed-use tower defined by vertical elegance and refined proportions. Layered glass façades with gold structural accents create depth and luminous architectural character.
POD Club
Twin residential and hotel towers emerge through fluid contemporary massing, with an integrated lifestyle podium organizing retail, leisure, and amenities.
Entertainment Centre
A landmark destination defined by fluid layered massing and an iconic sculptural torus. Multi-level dining and nightlife venues organized around social terraces.
Jaddaf Mosque
A contemporary mosque composition with strong geometric massing and Arabic calligraphy panels integrated within the façade.
Nad Al Shiba
A sculptural residential composition defined by curved cantilevered volumes that create depth and a distinctive contemporary identity.
